Can An Endometrial Ablation Cause Hemorrhoids?

deal numbers are in a column that have set 7:00 to 9:00. some are even version numbers here that have come between 1 and 3, separated by a hyphen.

looks something like this for example:

72633422-01 721308613-3 702274482-20

is my problem now is that I only have the number in the deal or just another column need.

in excel it's really easy with "text to columns" and the hyphen as a separator. BUT, I need the access in and can not believe that we can not.
